Directed by Joseph Kosinski (Top Gun: Maverick), the movie features Brad Pitt, who reprises his racing days as a driver returning to the grid paired with Damson Idris as his teammate for the fictional team APXGP.
Shot during real Grand Prix weekends, F1 immerses audiences in the intensity of racing, blending live-action and cutting-edge visual effects by Framestore and ILM. With Ryan Tudhope as the Production VFX Supervisor and Nikeah Forde as the Production VFX Producer, the film captures the heart-pounding drama of competing against the sport’s titans.
Produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, Pitt, Kosinski, and F1 legend Lewis Hamilton, F1 promises a cinematic ride like no other. It will come only to theaters this summer 2025.
